[Tag] Fred, you're "it"

Reading a fun book, and the title character inspired me to make a tag for you. Hope you like it.

Hey, glad you like it!

The character's name (and the book's title) is Skullduggery Pleasant. He's the Skeleton Detective, and he and his sidekick (a 13 year old girl named Valkyrie Caine) are solving supernatural cases. You can guess that it's more geared towards the "12-15" crowd, but I'm reading it right now, and it's plenty of fun nonetheless.

It is a fun book. Skulduggery's got a great sense of humor; I love the dry wit.

I wish the sequel had been half as good. I'm afraid I didn't even finish it.

Hah, that gives me great expectations for book #1. I've started with #2, you see, and I like it, and if #1 is twice as good...

I've recieved #1 in the mail recently, and as soon as I've read it, and can compare it to #2, I'll post my impressions in the book thread.
