I know it has been a long time since I have been around and I am sorry, but life has been hectic.

There is other news though.

So ummm... I finished my book.
Now I just need massive amounts of criticism please.

Massive amounts of criticism coming up.

What the hell took you so damn long? You call that a work of love? A monkey with a typewriter could have written that faster! Damn, you really need to work on your priorities if you want to make it as a writer!!

What... ...huh? Not THAT kind of criticism? Okay...LOOK OVER THERE, A FLYING ELEPHANT!

Not a monkey with a typewriter...I'm sure it was a dragon with a bottle of ketchup...

Now just exactly where do I go to read this opus and offer my praise and criticism???

Bear in mind the original one you sent was two years ago and was on the laptop when I had my mega crash...in other words I am fairly certain it no longer exists.............

Nah, you know what dragons use ketchup for, right?

Well I sent out emails and PM's with my info. Send me a msg on how you would like to receive it and it shall be yours for the scrutiny.

And Michael. Monkeys? Really?

I figures Sloths would have been more appropriate, considering how long it took me.

Happy reading.

Yeah, but sloths can't type. Have you looked at the paws of those beasts?

If you wanna, send me a sample as well, I'm curious about what you wrote.

Just wanted to confirm that it arrived...didn't get to start on it yet, though, always something coming up.

Say, David, you ever read the Rachel Morgan series of urban fantasy books? Because from all those I know, your story so far comes closest to them in flavour. Just curious if my intuition is leading me astray here.

So, you been his muse then?

Kidding...it simply felt closest to the Rachel Morgan athmosphere from what I've been reading so far. I like it, by the way...hope David won't mind me getting enthralled by the story enough to have a hard time focussing on any kind of stylistic blunders.

Not that much to comment on right now, just wanted to post that I like what I'm reading. Nice work, David.

Ditto here (thanks to it being forwarded to me, haha) Now I have run out of most spare time period at the moment but I already know 100% sure I will finish reading it and thát on it's own you really ought to take as a compliment.

This is the 100% sure finished state hmm? How honest may I be when I have come to the end btw?

This is the first draft, so be 100% honest so the second draft will come out better.
